Was there for 10 months with T12 sci the nurses were great made my stay that little easier & the physio team are amazing & some of the best in the county are here

having tried for treatment as recommened by my consultation they have lost this recommendation and trying to re-book me,connecting to a person on a extension number is impossible, to find what is happenening the only way is to write a letter, no email address is available

Care is not as it used to be, years ago it was a beautiful place staff were wonderful, the care of the patients was wonderful, but now it is nothing like that, the care of the residents is just not there anymore, far to many complaints to mention, very hearbreaking

The care and attention given by the staff is first class. My BinL has been here a few months now and the staff have gone the extra mile to help him. Despite being in hospital and paralyzed for 18 months, when I visited him recently he said he had had a lovely day. Thank you all...

Staff are about as bright as the light bulbs in here. And about as keen on helping as they are for eating vegetables.
