Was in Cardiff yesterday and at platform 1, needed a snack and a drink. Diksha and Natasha were on hand to help. Great selection of sandwiches and sweet treats, fun and friendly pair. Quick service as train approaching. Thanks!

I don’t often write reviews but I’m writing to share my wonderful experience at Upper Crust on platform 1 at Cardiff Central.I was having a really bad morning with train cancellations and a phone out of battery. The staff at the upper crust went above and beyond to help me and cheer me up. I am very grateful for them. I want to thank Hannah, Sri and Silvia for their amazing service and the fantastic Flat white they made me.Thank you!

They were dealing with an unbelievably long queue on platform 1 and I messed up my order (I ordered a coffee but didn’t say it loud enough so it never arrived) and they were super understanding and sorted me out!! They’re always so nice even when there’s a huge rush :)
