Ridgway Hearing Care
Both my ears needed syringing due to wax blockage. I was welcomed by the receptionist as soon as I arrived and was told that the nurse would be with me shortly (I had arrived early). I was treated with respect and courtesy by the nurse practitioner. The wax removal was straight forward using a special machine. I had the first appointment of the day and was out before my appointment slot. Nothing but praise for the service received and I would recommend this company.

Dorothy Barnett.Attended Ridgways hearing clinic in Endon today for treatment of earwax removal.The lady who treated me was friendly and efficient the treatment was very effective. I would recommend them to anyone with a earwax problem.

I chose to book an appointment at Ridgeway after hearing glowing reviews about it from a friend. I’d had extremely blocked ears for a long time and the service and care I received was absolutely outstanding! I couldn’t have felt more at ease and the staff there were very attentive and friendly. The whole process was pain free and very satisfying. I will definitely use this service again :)

I've had on off blocked ears for a year, but the last few weeks, one was fully blocked and the other partially. It was really getting me down as so uncomfortable. Within 5 minutes of my appointment, they were both fully unblocked, and it felt amazing. I can't recommend them enough, fantastic all round.

Brilliant excellent service, rang me with a cancellation to get me in asap at the Newcastle-under-Lyme branch. Arrived had a cup of tea and within 15 minutes I could hear perfectly. The staff are super professional, very helpful and really friendly. I cannot recommend Ridgways enough.
