Scottish Artist Kevin Hunter

After searching for ‘Scottish landscape artists’ for quite a while, I eventually found Kevin’s work. It was just what I was after. I decided to order a gift for my wife.Once I found a suitable picture, I noticed that I was unable to order a framed version in the size I wanted. However, I used the chat/message feature to ask about this and Kevin was able to (quite quickly) amend his website to make it available as an order option.There was an unforeseen delay with my order, beyond Kevin’s control. These things happen, but some deal with it better than others. In Kevin’s case, he was very apologetic about it, chased up the issue and kept me informed with progress. You can’t really ask for more in those circumstances, so I was very happy with how it was dealt with.The picture itself was as you’d expect really! Just what I’d ordered. Not sure how else to describe it? Calm, moody, colourful… looks good on our wall.In summary, I thought both the art and the service were excellent. Would be tempted to buy something else if I wasn’t haemorrhaging money into the heating bill!

Excellent and inspiringExcellent and inspiring - I commissioned a landscape (Lochindorb) from Kevin for my partner's special birthday. We communicated throughout and I felt involved and in control of the project in terms of general subject and view while Kevin as the artist gave the interpretation which brought it all together. The whole experience was great and inspired me to take up painting again after ten odd years off. Crucially, my partner was also delighted when she received it!

Another beautiful artwork from Kevin. I already have a few in my house, have bought for my friends and sisters and now have bought my latest as a wedding present. All paintings are stunning, website is easy to use and customer service fab.

Beautiful! Ordered 3 mugs and 2 prints as gifts to take with me to New Zealand. Great communication from Kevin kept me updated when to expect them and mugs are great quality. Well protected in recyclable packaging so they survived the 3 aeroplane journey inside my suitcase. Very happy.

Kevin is extremely talented and I love his work. I've had a number of prints from him and they have always arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I can wholeheartedly recommend his work for anyone that appreciates wonderful skill, atmospheric images and some of the best views of Scotland you will find.

We first came across Kevin’s work when we bought a print from his website. We were so pleased with it that we then commissioned him to do an original painting for us. We have just seen the finished product and are absolutely delighted. Kevin manages to capture the mood of the Scottish countryside perfectly. I think the artwork speaks for itself but what was also great was communicating with Kevin throughout the process - he is so friendly and genuine, it was an absolute pleasure. I’m sure this won’t be the last painting of Kevin’s that we buy.

Purchased Cuillin Skye Moonset on stretched canvas. I couldn’t be happier. I needed the perfect piece for my newly renovated walk in closet. I finally was able to have a pink room and this painting works perfectly. I am so pleased. Communication & shipping were spot on. Would highly recommend.

All of Kevin’s art is beautiful but we chose something to complement our recent honeymoon in the highlands. I was amazed that our framed art print arrived home almost at the same time we did! Really impressed with the speed of the service, but also at the quality of the print and the framing. So happy with it, would definitely recommend.

What a pleasure it was for me to stumble across Kevin Hunter's breathtaking paintings. I purchased a print of one of his gorgeous castles, and the talent and kindness he exhibited as a seller and artist-led me to several more purchases throughout the years. Last December, we had to say goodbye to our beloved pet, and my first thought in honoring her was asking Kevin if he would create a painting of my son and our dog together. I was thrilled when he said yes! When finished, I was astounded by the detail, vibrance, and how perfectly he captured the essence of them both. I gave him leeway to put his touch on it, knowing he was the one that would have the vision I wanted to make a piece that will forever be on my wall. I have so much of his brilliant art in my house, and I wouldn't have it any other way.
