Professional, polite and high standard.The dentist and his reception staff were polite and welcoming. I didn’t have to wait long.The dentist explained his approach and was open to questions. He wanted to do the best possible job. He also explained the steps to be done after the procedure.The procedure itself was carefully done, with the dentist making every effort to avoid pain.Charged were reasonable. More competitive than quotes that I got from other practices in the area.The practice accommodated my urgent request unlike others in the area.I strongly recommend this practice.

All the staff at Eastcote Lane dental practice are friendly and genuinely care about their patients. From lovely Sammy, the receptionist who is very friendly and will calm those jangling nerves chatting with you whilst waiting for your appointment. The practice manager, Vidhi is truly professional and very understanding and caring too. Susam, the dental nurse is friendly and will take that additional step required to make sure you are fine as she calls you in for your appointment. Chirag Shah, the dentist is very honest and will carefully listen to your issues and then will explain everything quite clearly. He genuinely cares about his patients and will always make you feel relaxed whilst the examination is being carried out. A very dedicated and professional honest Dentist... very few around like him. You will definitely not be disappointed after your visit at Eastcote Lane Dental Practice.

Have been a patient here for approximately 6 months now. Have had check ups, and extraction and multiple hygiene appointments.The staff are friendly, responsive and courteous which is always a bonus.No issues from my point of view.

One of the worst places I’ve gone to. I had a appointment for a filling but it only took the dentist 6 minutes to finish at maximum. After that I started to have so many problems going on in my teeth and the doctor was extremely unprofessional. Do not recommend if you want a filling.

Absolutely no confidence in this dentist. More a butcher...every tooth this guy has worked on has cracked and needed repairing by a private dentist....he even managed to dislodge a cap trying to force fit a denture...And now I have another bill coming my way...a re root canal on a root canal he did....smh thinking about suing through the ombudsman to re coup the 3k this has cost so far....

I had an extremely wonderful experience with east Cote lane practice . The staff is very nice and polite .The hygienist is excellent ( Devika Bhasi ).She treated my gum disease really well and made me so relaxed during the treatment since I had anxiety.

I have found my dentist Dr Chirag Shah to be extremely focused on patient welfare. I was examined, treated and advised accordingly and it has lead me to leaving this recommendation as I know his service, along with his dedicated team is excellent. The customer service in this surgery is outstanding. This surgery is NHS and Private and they provide many treatments. There is a team spirited atmosphere where it makes you really comfortable. I found the surgery very clean, welcoming, and when I made appointments there was always a reminder sent out to me, which is very good because you can forget your appointment. I would highly recommend this surgery.
