Very belated thankyou to the Team at ELR. This estate agency quite literally bent over backwards for us.I'm a young person who was trying to find a rental property, and facing a lot of prejudice from that comes from the stereotypes surrounding students. ELR, especially Catherine Denton, however not only helped us find properties but also went above and beyond supporting us to ensure we got to sign a lease. After 6 months of struggling to find something Catherine personally backed us to landlords, and was woth us every step of the way until we found the perfect rental.So many thanks to Catherine and the Star Team at ELR, and thankyou for supporting young people. What can i say about ELR? Unfortunately there is not enough time or space to write about what a fabulous company these are. We put in our offer for a property being sold by them in October 2022 which was accepted . The buyers of our house however, were slow due to complications their end. However, ELR and the vendors completely understood, liaised with us on a regular basis and were not only professional but both were empathetic and patient and never once were we made to feel uncomfortable with this situation. We are now in May 23 and have at last exchanged contracts ready for a set in stone completion date. We had visited ELR before purchasing the property to ask to be put on a mailing list in which they were very thorough in finding out our exact needs and therefore never once felt the information being sent to us was a waste of time or not applicable.If I was selling a property I would use this company in a heartbeat. The only reason we didn't is because we are relocating from Nottingham and therefore used a local estate agent

At a time when the market needed a steady hand to help both the seller and the buyer. Steph and the team were there for us, the perfect house for the whole family and theright guidance for a first time buyer. Would recommend.
