Can be busy at lunch time and after work. I just went on Saturday 22ND Dec though and the tills were working really fast. Well done to the staff. We all know their food costs more. The quality usually is better too

Quite a nice little food hall. Plenty of salads and fresh fruit at a good price. A selection of ready made gluten free sandwiches but as ever, these places can't seem to accept that some of us need both GF and vegetarian.I was impressed that they had quite a nice GF selection of bread on the shelves though.

Small food hall only, point knocked off as their payment terminals don't work reliably with Google Pay. They just cause my phone to buzz continuously with the message phone moved too fast". All other retailers machines work so its something specific to these"

Every Thursday morning I go and get my food shopping for the week.Every Thursday morning I have to scout the shop for a small trolly,then when I have finished my shopping i have to insist that I am served in a proper manner & insist I don't want to serve myself.Ispend around £ 50 and I want to pack my bag properly. What has happened to Customer service! There isn't any any more.

Me and my partner have recently moved to Leamington Spa, we weren't sure which shop to go to and decided to try M&S, being our first time in the shop we approached Barbara to ask where a few items were, she went above and beyond to make sure our experience was enjoyable and pleasant and we just wanted to say a massive thank you to her individually, you have gained a repeat customer and we look forward to visiting again soon.Harry and Beth

M&S is our local supermarket and I shop here atleast at 3-4 times/week or even more. It’s always clean, and staff are always stocking the shelves. Great for lunch sandwiches or salads, and also great dinner options. Always go in for their freshly baked croissants that smell heavenly. Unfortunately prices have gone up significantly since last year. Wish the staff would smile and be a bit more friendly. The layout of the supermarket isn’t great as you have to walk the whole length to get a trolley, and the back entrance is not accessible either.

Just took an online order to return it. I was told their tills were down so I’d have to use the returns portal (similar to the one in Next) and a member of staff would show me what to do. Well she didn’t have a clue what she was doing so I ended up telling her what to do!!!! Don’t they train their staff???
