Had a power steering issue identified by AA and verified by Savoy. Within 3 days it was sorted and the issue was sorted, despite a part needing to be ordered. The price was fair and service was amazing - very friendly and quick. Throughout the week they kept in contact. Reliable!

Got a diagnosis for a few problems on the car. They said it was timing belt. Needed altered. After spending 150 pounds of which they wouldn't take card only cash? Still the same problems. Said they would get it back in a week later to see if it changed it never did. Tried getting it back in and the guys been off for weeks. Still heard nothing so basically ripped me off. Said they would get back in contact they never do. Never answer phone never get back to your calls and keep your car all day for a three hour job and don't tell you when its ready. Said it was because if standard stage one remap why the fix didn't work. Talk out their backside. Steer clear.

Absolutely fantastic service from everyone at savoy. Great communication from start to finish, reasonably priced for the work done and they even washed the van for us. Will be our new go to garage. Thanks very muchLuke

Yes they seem nice enough people but I was taken there by the Rac. They had my van for a week charged me nearly £300 to replace a master cylinder.....which wasn't the problem it was the slave cylinder. They told me it was fixed and I collected it. I drove 35 miles before I had exactly the same problem and the RAC had to come again and take me to a garage where after 2 days it was fixed. So as Savoy Motors an Rac approved garage I will be making my complaint to them

This garage was recommended to me after my car wasn’t running properly due to a cylinder misfire. Throughout the 3 weeks Savoy had my car it was very difficult to get an update on what was happening with the car. No one seemed to know when I rang up as different mechanics had been working on the car and I had a different diagnosis/problem everytime I rang. I eventually decided to take my car elsewhere as they didn’t seem to have any say in when the issue would be resolved. I paid £320 and received my car back in no better condition then I left it. The interior was full of mold and the brakes were screeching since it had been sat for so long. They told me they had fit a new crank sensor, but the old one was still on there. They told me they drained the fuel tank and refilled with new petrol, this was also a lie. I took my car to a new garage, they tested my injectors, treated them and within 2 days I was back on the road. I feel as though I have been misled and ripped off and will definitely not be using Savoy auto centre again or recommending them!

Be very careful when booking with these guys as the price quoted may only be for half a job and then when you confront them about the job, the workers start to get aggressive and start swearing, I didn’t speak about professionalism I asked the lad not to argue with me about something I had already settled with the owner, they quoted me for a front bumper, when I arrived only half the bumper was sprayed when confronted them I was told the damage was only on one side of the bumper so they sprayed half the bumper and blended it and said there quote was only for half a bumper I tried to explain front bumper means the full front bumper but Tony didn’t agree and apologised. I pointed out a visible blend line and he said he’d get a lad to polish it, lad polishing it wanted to argue with me about the quote I explained he didn’t agree so I told him it’s between me and Tony I don’t wanna argue with you and next thing you know he’s bouncing about swearing and refusing to finish the polishing. Also I deducted £20 and told the owner I’ll give you £20 less and I’ll take my car elsewhere for the polishing that the lad wouldn’t do. Also I have uploaded a picture of the blend line which is visible and for which I deducted the £20 as they didn’t want to fix the problem and he agreed to that deduction and gave me my keys, if he didn’t agree he could’ve said no and not given me my keys back and I only deducted £20 as that’s the minimum someone else would’ve charged to fix the problem.

This garage was recommended to me by RAC.So therefore I took it there for my annual service last year 2020 the service was great got the car back nice and clean, no complaints.So I took it back this year for my 2021 service. Left the car 9am Friday.. got a call 5.45pm cars ready for collection. They close at 6 so impossible to collect at short notice. So I had the car collected Saturday morning.I was away on business, so I saw the car Sunday evening, I could not believe the state of the car, as it is a white Mercedes-Benz it had oily finger prints all over the body.One would've cleaned it thoughrly with the current corona pandemic, for extra measures.So I phoned to complain on Monday morning, the reply was am not in on Saturdays the kids must not have cleaned it properly.. we only clean it if we've got time.. they had the car for over 24 hours..There was no goodwill gesture or a bit of refund of the total cost of the service which was £288The impression I got was we'r busy enough we don't need your business.I will not be using this garage nor RAC who reccommended this garage.

I recently had my car fully serviced and I had some bodywork done I was very pleased with the service and it was fairly priced highly recommended

Had occasion to take my car to this RAC approved garage because of a suspected electrical failure. The car was thoroughly checked over 2 days but the fault seemed to have rectified itself. On collection I was informed that as they had done nothing but carry out appropriate tests and found nothing amiss there would be no charge. What wonderful customer service! A very genuine garage and a credit to the area.
