This guys takes folks money and don’t fix the machines that’s 2 washing machines now I’ve had to go and repair on his behalf charged a lady £100 to supply and for seal that’s double the price £40/£50 Is fair folk like this needs outing charging prices like that

Came out said will take him a few minutes to fix still £55. I said no thanks so he laughs said do you think I was gonna charge £10 . Aragant, rude and very unhelpful. Find someone else who cares about his clients

Had Colin out recently to replace my hob. Turned up when he said and did a great job and at a good cost. An all round top bloke. Will definitely use again and highly recommend his services.

Colin came out to fix another technicians “repair”. Quickly assessing a new machine was required, quoting us for a replacement, including fitment and did so in a timeous manner. Colin was extremely knowledgeable.

Responded quickly, came out the same day. Engineer was polite and friendly. Item replaced the next day and took all the rubbish with him. Happily recommend and will use again.

Phoned CMR repair as my washing machine wasn’t spinning & emptying. Colin could have told me i needed something I didn’t & charge me a call out charge. But he explained on the phone because its a new washing machine it has a sensor & the load may not be heavy enough to spin. Which was the case. As when i done a full load it’s working fine. Not very often you get tradesmen that are 100% honest. I couldn’t recommend this guy enough. So helpful on the phone & genuine & honest. Thanks again
