The Hearing Care Partnership
Booked an appointment for today for a ear wax removal. Never had one before but my husband thought my hearing was impaired. The audiologist Hannah was a lovely lady and explained everything to me very clearly about the procedure. It transpired I didn’t need anything removed, but a basic hearing test afterwards did identify a slight problem with hearing for which she has booked me a follow up appointment with the senior audiologist. I was seen on time and dealt with in the most friendly, professional and caring manner, and would therefore have no hesitation in recommending.

Needed to have my ear wax removed as I could not hear anything. Phoned was told they were busy press 1 for.a ring back . 5 days later still not got a ring back
