Could not fault the service received! Called up and the guys were kind enough to fit me in the same day. Fuel door was locked and wouldn’t open and they managed to release it for me. Polite, friendly and brilliant all round service.Would highly recommend

I went to phoenix motor centre for an MOT and had an oil change and new filter fitted. The guys there were very friendly and professional. I felt my car was safe and in good hands whilst it was there. I would recommend this garage and would use it again myself.

Awful - just tried to call about my previous review and basically was told I was lying and to take it down.Avoid here. Got the car towed to a garage that could source the part from bmw (according to here it was unavailable from them) and had the expertise to fix the car within 2 working days.

Used these guys for over 20 years always honest always helpful. Won't take my vehicles anywhere else

Fantastic main dealer quality service at a reasonable price. They do what they say they will do, and to a very high standard. I've been using them for years and can't fault them. Peter is a great guy with a positive outlook. Very highly recommended.

AVOID AVOID AVOID DONT USE THIS GARAGEAbsolutely shocking service. Paid money for a starter motor which they changed and tests for another issue they didn't find anything wrong yet 5mins after we picked it up it broke down yet again. We had to ring them constantly to keep upto date with what was going on had the car 2 n half weeks for a job that would only take a few hours. Disgusting customer service woman on reception is an absolute disgrace shouldn't be allowed to work with people at all so rude, went in to pick the car up she didn't say a word handed us the key without saying anything, wouldn't give me a print out of tests that had been completed, And the guy doing the repairs needs to get a new job another mechanic came round shone a torch into the engine and found the problem within 10 seconds of looking. Also picked up the car our drivers seat is broken, wing mirror is broken and oil all over the passenger seat. How you are allowed to trade is beyond me. Your customer service is absolutely disgusting you all need a course in customer service and you all need new jobs. I would advise anyone who is thinking of going to this garage not to bother find yourself somewhere else AVOID AVOID AVOID
