Battersea Old Windsor

Battersea have been amazing after we adopted our Bichon from them 5 weeks ago. The process was easy and thorough and the aftercare has been brilliant. Mavis has been coming on leaps and bounds and making progress every day and is starting to really settle down. We have had a few problems with her and Battersea have been there to give advise when ever needed.I would really recommend Battersea to anyone who is thinking of giving a rescue dog a forever home!

We registered for rehoming a German Shepherd on Battersea little girl,s website which was easy to do .Then We got a call that a german shepherd had just come in for rehoming.We travelled to windsor then was introduced to a beautiful little puppy.Everyone we spoke to from the receptionist to the kennel staff were so friendly and caring .I do recommend rehoming a dog as opposed to buying from a breeder as you can give a needy dog a fantastic home whom hasn't had the best start in life

I recently went to Battersea Old Windsor and rehomed a beautiful 4 months old cat. I would definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful people helped us fill the massive hole left after our beloved Cody left us last year. We now have the beautiful Cookie, an ex-racing greyhound who has only been with us 2 days and is making herself completely at home!

They was absolutely brilliant taking the stray cat in. And the poor little thing is pregnant again. But she is now safe and in the warm. I coukdnt keep her as she didnt get on with one of my cats

Thankyou for allowing beautiful Indie (was Aurora, at Old Windsor) to adopt us. All your staff were lovely, responsive, genuine and gave us time to think through the implications of her medical need. You were totally focused on the wellbeing of your residents, but also flexible and reasonable, rather than just a blanket decision (that we had from another charity) that we were too close to a railway line, you took into account that it's a slow local service and the trains are stopping/starting, and that there are two impenetrable fences en route. Indie happens to be a pedigree, I've always had rescues and moggies, however our previous, amazing rescue Roxy was farm cat x British blue, so Indie appealed to us being blue cream British short-hair, as well as being a gorgeous personality and a good match, plus sadly this is at least her 3rd home. She has settled amazingly, and is a pleasure to have. I can totally recommend you and the experience of adopting from you. Thank you!

It's absolutely amazing. Chloe & everyone were fantastic & now we are just waiting for a date to bring George home. We can't wait x

What a wonderful place to end up if you have 4 legs, a tail and are unfortunate enough to find yourself homeless. Lovely and friendly carers, everyone very helpful when adopting. The animals welfare being priority but lots of support and advice for you too. We adopted a beutiful young Rottie who has brought so much love, happiness and fun into our home, and if we adopted another we'd definitely come back here.

The amazing staff and facilities are second to none. I rehomed a kitten from here. Biscotti is gorgeous ❤.
