She lack of experience. I asked for a haircut which I had in the past and her response was that’s impossible, so I end up with a very simple haircut, just a straight line that is just 10 minutes job and I was there for an hour and half. While she was cutting my hair, someone brought a food and left it at the back, she left me in the middle of the service to go and eat… it was a terrible experience , she was very ignorant and not helpful at all. Definitely, not recommended

I know that visiting a new hair salon and putting your hair in the hands of someone you don't know is stressful. However, in this salon I have been surprised by the professionalism from the very beginning and later it has been only better. I recommend everyone, if you want to have beautiful and well-cared-for hair it is only in Arleta Atelier.

I highly recommend Atelier Arleta Hair Salon! Arleta is the best hairdresser I ever had! She is just fantastic, very experienced and professional. Colouring, cutting and modeling was at the highest level. There is a great atmosphere and amazing people with passion. I am very happy with the result and I will definitely come back! Arleta is one of the best hairdressers I’ve had, with tonnes of experience and training. I have been her customer for a while , and I completely trust her with my hair. As I have fine hair it can be tricky to do a right cut and colour, but she does simply a great job. So, Thank you!

There is a dog in that shop who will attack other dogs, the person who owns it doesn't care. If they don't care about the lack of training for their dog I doubt they care about cutting hair.
