I have had the pleasure of working with Adele over the past few months and was extremely impressed by her knowledge of law, her approach and support to clients and ability to provide recommendations to complex matters. Going through a divorce is a stressful and challenging time, but Adele steered me through the complex legal process and I was happy with the outcome. On return from a family holiday with my wife and children I was confronted with an aggressive letter from my ex-wife’s solicitor, withdrawing all access to my children based on false allegations, and demanding that I jump through whatever hoops they decided to come up with if I wanted to see them again, all without a court order.Feeling desperate, as many separated fathers do in these instances, I made an appointment with Spence and we promptly refuted and disproved the accusations, and with the diligent assistance of Adele, and then later Caroline who took charge of my case for the court hearings and onwards, I not only had my full access returned, but I have come away enjoying a 50/50 shared care arrangement of my children, much to my ex-wife’s annoyance!Adele and Caroline gave my case the attention and compassion that is required in family matters where children are involved and were very honest in what might be achievable.If you have a family matter that requires a solicitor, I don’t think you could do better than Spence Family Law.
