Had to cancel my appointment due to having a phobia of thunder. When I rang in to cancel, the bloke on the phone wasn't interested in me wanted to re-arrange and said 'we are fully booked and have a long waiting list!' and rudely hung up on me.It's a shame I have to find another barbers as this place used to be good to me.

Have been to the Gents Quarter twice and have received such great service from Olly. Excellent hairdresser and also a genuinely nice guy. The Gents Quarter is definitely a gem for Baildon.

After years of looking for a barber who gives a good, consistent trim, I have finally found it. The shop is clean, tidy, and well presented, barbers are friendly and professional and take the real time to understand what you want and what will look good for you. After three great haircuts, I can definitely say I'm a loyal customer, and hope to be for years to come.
