The star was for service. No stars for quality of food! It was disgusting! Meat and potato pastie was burnt on the bottom and far over cooked, pizza slice was un edible due to crust that needed more than teeth to get through! Both ended up in Sainsbury’s bin! £4.50 for the displeasure, never returning!

Very nice bakery where you can get a good coffee/tea at a reasonable price. The baked goods are a bit dearer than some but are top class.

Amazing bakers. Always very fresh. I have tried almost every cake they have and I am very hard to please. I am always extremely pleased with the quality and mouth watering fresh ingredients. The staff are really helpful and friendly too. Love this place. Once you've tried waterfields not many other places will match their excellence.

Although I am not an elderly customer, I couldnt help but notice the caring attitude of all the staff towards their customers. Particularly the elderly customers. It is very clean and the food is lovely and fresh

Have used your buffet service a number of times for a local charity. The food is great, but I'm particularly impressed with the efforts you to go to make sure that particular dietary needs are satisfied.

The staff are incredible- I popped in for a tea and breakfast on Friday and was blown away by how lovely they were to me and my daughter- we were having one of those mornings, it turned the whole day around thanks to their kindness, we’ll be back for sure!
