Nice cheap food and drinks, atmosphere is usually good too.Service on the other wasn't good when my wife and I went.Waited at bar for ages to be served, female bartender was there talking to a waiter, saw us as soon as we approached the bar and turned away.I intentionally coughed and eventually said excuse me" a couple of times. She turned

Great,it wasn't too busy on that day. I enjoyed my glass of wine while we had dinner with my friend. My favourite thing about this place is bcs has divided tables with beaches left side of the pub when u enter in. It also has some pictures and books perfect for people who want to just to sit read a book while having a drink by them self perfect for me ;) after work to relax with or without my kids.

If you're in the mood for delicious food and excellent service, this pub is a great choice. The menu features a range of tasty options (Vegan options as well) and staffs are friendly. Good option for a casual meal or a night out with friends, this pub provides a great atmosphere.

Really good Wetherspoons pub. A bit earthy and raw inside, but well behaved. Nice friendly staff, clean & comfortable. The food was great, and at great value prices too. An enjoyable visit to an exceptionally good well run Spoons.

I was taken to lunch to the Great Spoon 3 December 2019 and $ August 2023 but was eager to have the Gourmet Meatless Farm™ Burger, chips and a Mango Monster cocktail {Raspberry Mocktail in 2023). . . . it didn't disappoint, in fact I was surprised at how good it was, enthusing to the waitress when she came to see how we were. This burger was succulent and rich, with beef tomatoes, lettuce and red onions and lovely chunky chips, delicious.During my 2019 visit it smelt of stale beer, the menu's feel sticky and I did have to ask for our 12 noon table to be cleaned, but the staff were pleasant, the food fantastic and even the ladies toilets were clean and tidy if up a flight of stairs(there's a accessibility one on the ground floor). In 2023 there was less beer smell and all tables were cleanedI have to say I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and had there been any vegan desserts (both times the Apple Crumble online wasn't available) I'd have had more than just a cup of tea to round the meal off. I'd have preferred to sit outside on the terrace but my friend is more delicate and wanted to be in the shadeEven though it was August there were no kids about so it's a nice place to escape to for a child free few hoursI would recommend it for a good casual meal at a low price.

After our induction day today, we decided to go to this place, instead of ordering food. It was a nice experience in a nice atmosphere. The staffs were kind and they helped us to find the right meals providing options. Liked their mini libraries in the boxes. They have nice pictures on their walls. My meal was well presented (… as you can see in one of my pictures.) … and I found out, they have gardens for smokers and non smokers too.

Had an arguement with one of their staff and they are not even ready to apologise even that guy sweared at me and the girl in specs is defending him by telling that I’m being racisit to him and telling me lie that they have body cam and they didn’t had one so at the end they started laughing and there is no good customer service if you are Indian don’t go there because they are being racisit and don’t respect us I had just one beer and she told that I had two and then I told her to check camera and she was afraid I don’t know that owner reads this review or not but he should know that how his staff reacts to their customer

We were 7 people in a group went there to celebrate our friend's birthday. However, the staff and the supervisor denied to take an order from us as one of our friends did not add Please" in their sentence whilst asking them to take an order. The skinny girl with blonde hair was so much rude

Arguably the best place in Ilford to hangout with friends over food and drinks. Great value for money . Both food and drinks are reasonably priced.I had mixed grill and cider, both of which did not disappoint. Very spacious and lots of tables available inside which means that the waiting time was relatively less as compared to other popular places in the area.
