I am so excited and happy with my new UBC office. Everything is taken care of, all I need to do it turn up and work. The team here at UBC think of everything to keep their clients happy although it feels more like a family already. Working alone can be a very isolating experience but not any more. The team here even arrange a monthly timetable of events and pamper days to keep us all motivated, focused but also help us unwind and meet likeminded professionals.The offices, kitchen and toilets are kept spotlessly clean and as I said, life is much happier and simpler with UBC taking care of everything.Thank you to UBC and to new customers... what are you waiting for...come and join us.

Sheridan and Sam make a good location into an excellent one! It's a great great space but their proactive approach, flexibility and support made for an excellent experience for all involved. Absolutely will be recommending them and UBC!Thanks again!

I was looking for a new office and after meeting with Sam at UBC Birchwood I decided to take an office with them. Ive been here since August 2021 and have no plans to move elsewhere. Both Sam and Sheradin are very professional and nothing is to much trouble for them.I highly reccomend UBC Birchwood.

The facilities provided by UBC are excellent and are always clean and tidy. The customer service provided by Sam & Sarah and the rest of the UBC team is exceptional and each one of the them makes you feel welcome on a daily basis. With our building catering for a lot of small companies it really does help to have such friendly staff. I would highly recommend UBC to anybody looking for new office premises.

We had booked a room for the day and from the very moment we arrived, the service was excellent. We were shown to the room we had booked which turned out to be too big for our group so Sheridan kindly showed us to another room that was a perfect fit. She was extremely helpful and even let us know when our guests were arriving and showed them to the seating area. The building and room were great - everything we needed including white boards, pens and tea/coffee were provided. Great value for the price paid too. My sincere thanks to Sheridan - we will definitely be booking again in future. Thanks!

I work on central reception down stairs and we work closely to UBC.Sam and Sheridan are extremely helpful, very approachable and friendly.As a building, we are extremely pleased to have UBC on board with such friendly and lovely staff.
