The office staff are helpful. So far though ( 6 weeks in) I am not impressed with the Solicitors, the outdated process is not really difficult in house sales and purchase, but made so by slow responding, probably over loaded solicitors who just aren't in he real world - if i ran my business like this, I'd be shut in a month. Lets see if my feedback changes as we are ever trying to exchange contracts and then completion. 11/03 - response from Mr Hutton is almost non existent now.

Cunningtons helped me to sell my home and to buy a new home in 2019.They are by far the most efficient and helpful solicitors that I have had the pleasure to work with.From receiving an offer on my for sale property to having the money in my account from the sale was within 1 month.From me making an offer to me moving in to my new house was also also in under 1 month.Incredible service... I won't ever be using anyone else...

I have worked with Cunningtons twice now. In both occasions I have used their services on property purchasing and I have used the Solihull branch. Razwana and the team are absolutely amazing. In both occasions they have made my life really easy. I can't really relate to all the stories I hear people telling every time they go through property purchasing regarding their solicitors and how much of nightmare it is. My experience with Cunningtons has been through the purchase of our property on two occasions as the first sale did not went through completion. On both occasions Razwana and her team helped us. They provided an excellent and very personalized service; it was prompt, professional and above all communicative. We received step by step updates on everything that was happening and any queries were responded to within hours with a very active follow up with the seller. I have used their services twice and will defiantly use them again if need to be.

In the current world of business minded firms, Cunningtons are a refreshing change. Mark Taylor and his team are extremely knowledgeable and have got plenty of experience in litigation space. Mark was hooked right from the very first conversation and showed genuine interest in understanding the issues and providing honest advice. An absolutely delight to work with and they clearly went out of the way to help me out. I cannot recommend this firm enough for any solicitor needs - absolutely brilliant all around.

Kiran was recommended to us by the agent we were buying our house through. The charges quoted were clear and competitive, and the service professional and efficient, however without doubt Kiran is one of the hardest working people I've come across. We'd be surprised by unexpectedly getting immediate answers for queries we'd emailed out of office hours, and she was very very patient with us. We were apprehensive about using a solicitor a little way away from us but that wasn't a problem as everything was done via email and telephone, so much so we recommended her to a family member for a house move in Dorset, which also went without a hitch.

Obviously this firm works on quantity of cases over quality. Poor service, bare minimum work completed, no support or advice. If you have problems they simply hide behind their terms and conditions. Save yourself the worry and avoid.
