My daughter had her ears pierced here recently by the manager Nicole and another girl Chloe. I couldn't recommend Nicole highly enough - she was amazing with my daughter who is only 6 and equally amazing with me, a very nervous mummy!! A real credit to Claire's and I won't hesitate to recommend to my other mummy friends.

Couldn't get daughters second ears pierced unless over 10 In Bloomfields but drove straight to Ards and they done it for us no problem. ( Anywhere on lobe is 4 months to 10 years old) Staff in Bangor abit rude as if It was an inconvenience to serve me but staff in Ards couldn't do more to help. Don't understand how Bangor couldn't do it.

Sasha was fantastic. She pierced my ears just now and was really friendly, reassuring and hygienic. I just walked in off the street and was a little apprehensive. But she was terrific. I would highly recommend her for this service.
