Failed to respond to calls, texts and emails, I am not on Facebook so cannot reach them that way. Not a good way to run a business, would give no stars if it were possible, they were better a few years ago and I don't know why not now.

Incredible as always. When I called he instantly knew my entire history even though the last time he did any work for me was yeears ago. Quickly and easily diagnosed the problem over the phone, set me up with a workaround so i had heating until he could get there with the new parts at 7.45am the next morning. Can't recommend enough!
