The staff are lovely and the rooms very clean. The treatments are amazing...they really do hair removal magic! I would definitely recommend anyone to try out the Derby branch, I've got future bookings in place and look forward to more magic in time for the summer :)Sam J

I’ve completed a package of hair removal with the girls at the laser clinic after previously going to another clinic and not seeing results I was a bit hesitant to start at a new clinic! But it has been amazing here and I have seen some great results, all of the girls are lovely and so welcoming as well! Defo recommend

I've had two fantastic experiences at the Derby Laser Clinics, the place was very tranquil, fresh and hygienic, the staff were very warm, welcoming and friendly and the two different ladies who treated me on each of my visits were very kind, understanding, reassuring especially during my first session of ever getting laser hair removal treatment and put me at ease as she explained the whole procedure, aftercare and what to expect. Both procedures were very quick, painless, relaxing and enjoyable, I've only had two sessions on my Underarms but already seen great results which I'm very pleased with and I'm looking forward to returning to my next sessions.

I purchased a course of laser hair removal sessions on line as I had walked past whilst shopping in Derbion and this branch looked lovely and very inviting. I have had 2 sessions so far and highly recommend this clinic to all. The results are already showing which I am super happy about. My therapist (Bianca) was superb, friendly and made me feel very comfortable. As it’s a new clinic everything is spotless and they are maintaining high levels of hygiene which definitely eased my mind.

Very poor experience during the last year. I bought 6 sessions of laser hair removal for various areas, and it made for a very uncomfortable experience.First of all,staff members are incredibly rude with non white british customers. The tone used is more suitable in a market hall than in a clinic. They are confrontational with no reason and upfront rude.Most of the recommendations made at first appointment were not right, and before you pay for a package of 6 or more sessions, I would advise you to try one session first and see how you feel . I ended up paying a lot of money on services that were not worth it, and I didn't really need .Please do not let them test the laser for hair removal on the front of your shins. If it goes wrong ( I ended up with a burn), you will be left with a visible permanent mark. Ask them to use a more hidden area.Also, the staff is not properly trained to cover the skin moles ( some of them will do it only if you ask them), and applying laser at high intensity on a mole is a skin cancer risk. Please remember to ask them to cover it for you.Finally, if you consider laser hair removal, please don't bother with this clinic. There are many others who have been on the market longer and have better management.I am looking into filing a complaint with the owner of the franchise as I have many things to say, and nobody ever asked for feedback or listened to me at this clinic.

Its a shame i have to give this buisness a one but the arrogance of some of the staff, i had to rearrange the appointment three times. I feel its such a waste of time shave the small patch and make me sign a waiver to go to town 3 times and pay for parking 3 times for nothing to be done and then say, would you like to recommend us no i would not. Statf are arrogant as is the manager i think thats what you would callher ,find somewhere else as there ways late for an appointment as well

Hi.I started to get Laser Hair Removel from Laser Clinic branch in Derby around August this year and it has been the best investment ever. I actually went yesterday for my 4th full body treatment and couldn't believe I haven't already written a review. The Laser is so effective and comfortable when used on the skin. Apart from the laser itself, the service from the 5 wonderful ladies is first class. They never fail to make you feel comfortable especially during full body laser which can be daunting. The ladies always make sure they can fit you in if you need to re-schedule and are so so friendly to everyone of all backgrounds. Above all, they are honest and will make sure to only reccomend something if it is safe for your skin rather than pressuring you to buy a deal for the sake of making money. I don't have to worry about the level of service being compromised between the technicians, they are all equally wonderful, polite and efficient. I've reccomended my aunty and one of my cousins who love them as much as I do and have nothing but good things to say. Can't wait to get more sessions and then start going for Hydrafacials.Sana

I had my first hydro facial by the lovely lady named B, I was very nervous as I had never had one before and didn’t fully know what it involved. B was fully knowledgeable and made me feel so at ease and explain everything to me and before each step so I new what to expect.I was super comfortable and they had a great music playlist for me to listen aswell which I loved (90s r&b)My skin felt amazing after, so clean and fresh as well as my pores appeared smaller and less congested. I would definitely recommend this type of facial for all skin types due to how thorough it is!Thank you for a lovely experience:)

The staff seem nice enough but I’m not sure how to feel about the consultation I had. I went in assuming to talk about burst capillary laser removal, acne scaring, that kind of thing. I was advised micro needling (which I had, it didn’t work) and hydro facial, which is fine, however I sat about 2 meters away from the consultant who didn’t seem that interested in looking at what was going on with my face. Left feeling quite disappointed.
