Not a very good experience. I bought some fish, gave me 20 questions about my suitability as a fishkeeper, then proceeded to make a mess of catching fish and then the worst ever example of releasing the fish inside the bag. Terrifying. Mixed corydoras with Tetras Just hoped that they would be OK when I got them into the tank. One of the Corydoras lost an eye, will stick to Maidenhead from now on.

Friendly and experienced staff who clearly care about animals (at the vet practice upstairs).While it's understandable and expected a higher cost of supplies at a vet practice vs online, I find it very hard to accept that a box of needles online for example is 14p each vs their £1 each. Overhead and handling cost is fine, but this doesn't feel like that, especially when they state it's their wholesaler - get a better wholesaler!

Disappointed! Delivered to wrong address,so decided to click and collect from store...bags of seeds rip opened I've also had bag of seeds with lots of cork in, I'm assuming to make the weight up,just was told they would exchange,but didn't bother as it would of cost me more getting back up to store then home again.Just feel very let down and disappointed.

Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Managed to get raw dog food. I was looking for dog boots but with advice from the staff I bought bandages instead.
