What a lovely bunch of ladies. They have helped me shop on a video call with my husband as he was clueless. Another time they took an order over the phone so I could pop in and grab everything quickly as I was in a rush. It was all waiting at the till when I got there. They couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful had they tried.Thank you very much ☺️ highly recommend this place to anyone. Service with a smile.

Customer service well not good at all quite honestly I would not use this place again 2nd time have been in there and get treated as if I'm thick I know what I'm talking about have had many years experience and staff being rude and shaking there head when they walk off and think I didn't see well unfortunately for there self's I did

Turned up to buy daughter new horse riding helmet, only to be rudely told appointment only. Even tho 2 employees and no other customers, we were told to come back in at least 30 mins before we could be seen. Website says nothing about needing an appointment. Sorry the customer is such an inconvenience!
