I contacted Nick Hellis Solutions for advice regarding the removal of a tree in a Conservation area - a churchyard. My inquiry was dealt with promptly and a site visit arranged. It was clear that Nick was very knowledgeable about the tree in question, was clear on the legal process, and the consequences of the damage to the curtilage wall.
