Very rude, arrogant and aggressive owner and manager who think that they can challenge a member of the public. Harassing behaviour and a total lack of understanding about what people can do in public eg take a picture of a watch from a shopfront in a publicly accessible space.

Best local jewellers around, all staff are lovely and accommodating and overall a great customer service experience! There is plenty of choice of amazing quality jewellery and all at reasonable prices. staff also extremely helpful!

The owner and manager are just rude, attacking people who pass their shop and loot at their windows. They chase people down the street and abuse them verbally. Do not recommend this store.

This is a joke of a jewellery shop. They sell items at an incredible markup, you can find the same watches and other accessories at shops further down the road for as much as 15% cheaper. The staff is rude, condescending, unapproachable and very unprofessional. Honestly I would avoid this place as it almost seems like a cover up for a money laundering scheme.

Aggressive owner and manager following a member of public down the street accusing him of all sorts, swearing at him and calling him a freak and weirdo. Two shifty angry characters and their shop should be avoided at all costs.

My experience of this store is negative. The owner I found to be completely overbearing to the point that I couldn't witness anymore such behaviour. Disgraceful.

Clown owner and manger. Dont harass the public for taking pictures. It’s complete legal for videography. Karma comes back for what’ve done to the poor man for just vlogging with his camera and gets harassed by you guys. Grow up and I hope this store gets closed forever!

Poor service during my visit to this store, I wanted to purchase a watch however I wasn’t approached by staff despite them talking amongst themselves and laughing. I felt i wasn’t taken seriously when asking questions about particular watches and left the store after condescending remarks from an older gentlemen working there, unsure if it was a manager or owner. Maybe an off day for the staff but I had higher expectations.
