Check out service was slow. One staff member on the till dealing with a complex query, but no one else came to manage rhe building queue. When someone dis come, they couldn't be more disinterested.

Each and every store had displayed a sign on their respective windows about how they could be contacted. I never knew that food was prohibited. With the new shopping experience after covid19 restrictions uplifted. The shop keepers and the customers are humonid, but the covid 19 health and wellness impact on humans alike will be a lot to take on in a few weeks as the chatting will start and clearing the stickers by shop staff of how this generation survived after covid19 and vaccines roll out for months. Its strange that people were not present but signage and words which said it all.

I was refused a refund because I’d lost my receipt. I then said I’d settle for a voucher and was also refused this option. I used to always go here for my goods but I will never return!Absolutely disgusting!

Not the biggest shop in sports direct but has most things, had to ask for when the mens and womens shoes divert though as it doesn't really state. The football shoes is placed on the opposite side of the regular shoes which makes little sense but overall good shop.

Shop might be ok, but the courier company Hermes/Evri is just a nightmare! If you will not change it, I will buy elsewhere and spread this everywhere I can to warn others. You charging us £4.99 for the service that doesn't exists! What a shame, EVRI throws bad light on you guys...

I was looking to buy walking boots at a reasonable price, and I'm glad I visited Sports Districts. They have a good range of boots, trainers, and other sports accessories for men, women, and kids at a wide range of prices. The staff are also friendly and helpful.

A great shop for all your sporting needs. The shop also has a good collection of branded clothes. Do remember that there is no 'money back' policy here i.e. once you buy a thing (for example, a t-shirt and if you find some damage you can exchange that or they will convert the t-shirt's money and give you a voucher coupon. You are never gonna get the money back. This was very surprising. Moreover, there are very few cricket gears here and it would be very good if the shop stocked more cricketing goods. Talking about customer care- It was very good and the crew is very helpful.
