What a breath of fresh air this BnB was. Enjoyed every minute of our stay. The room was absolutely spotless, and Kevin the proprietor looked after the guests very well.I fully recommend this BnB.This is one that has done everything right, even down to the mugs in the bedroom. Very professional 5 star service.Sold my house in less than 2 weeks and I also bought my new house with them.Can’t recommend them enough.

Emailed about a viewing for a property. They got back to me to say sellers were doing their own viewing . No one got back to me so I emailed again . I then called them to get told it was only weekend viewings and that was it . I said that I work weekends and said that's when viewings were . What has happened to people selling houses arranging viewing when suits buyer

Very unprofessional staff with little communication skills! Tried to insinuate that myself and partner were responsible for not securing a house, because we did not follow up a viewing the previous day by us contacting the estate agent, giving feedback. I have not known an estate agent who did not follow up a viewing on behalf of their client.In addition, we were not giving the opportunity to submit an offer or to better the offer already accepted!Poor service!Thank you for your reply! I initially contacted your company by phone on Monday morning asking if I could view a property. After your initial reply indicating that you could not contact vendor, I waited until the following mid-morning for a response, after no response, I decided to contact your office again.The information regarding preferred viewing times apparently was not known to your staff member, although all my details and viewing preferences were confirmed at initial phone call. In addition, your email confirming said viewing had the wrong date. At no time did you contact me after the viewing by phone or email. I appreciate your indication of your busy workload but you have sadly failed on this occasion below your apparent high standards.

Great estate agents, nothing too much trouble to do

All staff were excellent supporting us in selling our house. Always at hand to answer any questions we had, organised viewing and our house was sold in less than a week.

Donald Ross were a huge help to me in finding a flat- I would highly recommend them! All of the staff were very professional and attentive, especially Taylor who made everything easy and painless.
