Always a pleasant experience

I have tried so many times to call this business on numerous occasions, and have yet still not managed to get through. I find this very annoying as I am waiting for my glasses, I feel that they're service to answering the phone is appalling, so what is the product itself going to be like?

Myself and my husband have been to Eye Openers in Bloxwich today for the first time. The whole experience was first class. They were so helpful and very professional. They took time to explain everything to us. We will definitely be going back again and have no problem in recommending them.

Had to wait 3 weeks for my glasses after being told numerous times they would be here in the next delivery, after collecting the glasses they were not fitted. I went back and they bent the arms a little, they still were falling off, I went back agai and they did the same. I still can't wear them as they are constantly falling off my face! Not a happy customer at all.

Ordered new glasses on the 16th November.they notified me on the 20th they were ready. I collected them today and they are of excellent quality. The service is very efficient.and the staff are most helpful and pleasant.It is very much a personal service.you don't feel rushed and are dealt with by the optometrist and one other person assisting with your glasses. Excellent service.

Been an eyeopeners customer for years. Compact little business but always had great glasses, cheap and quickly made. Plus they even mended a pair I broke once for free as they were new. Excellent little place!

Havent had a phone call yet about my new glasses.!! I Have phone them but Cant get through had this problem last time think I may try another optitians next time....

I first started visiting here six months ago, having been with another national High Street optician for more than 20 years. Over the last few years, I gradually stopped wearing my contact lenses because it was so dry and uncomfortable for my eyes.However, when I visited Eye openers, they did a thorough examination and history. Ordered some trial pairs of contact lenses for several different companies and allowed me the time to try all of them at home so I could choose which one felt most comfortable for me.I am now able to wear my contact lenses again, without dryness or discomfort. This has allowed me to restart swimming with my daughters and other sports, which I had stopped doing because i was always in glasses / can’t see without my glasses.A huge thank you to Ajit and the team!Rahul Sahay
