We completed on our home back in March and couldn’t be happier. What an emotional roller coaster that was as first time buyers! Chris and Michelle were amazing and helped us through this complicated process. I remember there was one point when the sale almost fell through after being mis-advised by our initial mortgage broker. I called Chris at the brink of tears and she literally said ‘leave it with the me darling, we’ll see what we can do’. The most comforting and reassuring words that I didn’t know I needed to hear at the time. She referred us to Jade who is literally mortgage broker extraordinaire. The process was by no means straightforward but Zest homes and Jade were there every step of the way and always answered our never ending questions. Michelle and her team have been fantastic in supporting us through the recent sale of our house. Absolutely love this estate agent. I have bought and sold with 2 different estate agents, the whole process with them was awful. Zest made it joyful to buy a new home. They are all lovely and made such a difference when purchasing. 100% recommend them. They answer questions quickly, call back quickly, respond to emails quickly, are nice to talk to, they remember you and you're not just another client.
