The Watchman Hotel
Hotel is in a beautiful location in the village of Gullane. We went in for a bite to eat and were a little disappointed by the fact that the food wasn't hot, but just warm. There were also crumbs and ring marks on the table from the previous guests, which given the times we live in with Covid, etchas made us think twice about going back. I should also say that the food, although not as hot as it should have been, was very good. Maybe I have just been unlucky.

Had fantastic 3 night stay at The Watchman. It's brilliant location for the courses at Gullane. The rooms were excellent as was the food when we ate there one evening. The staff are very friendly and helpful, it was ap pleasure sitting at the front of the hotel looking over the courses at Gullane.

We had lunch here recently and all four of us chose different starters and main courses and all of them were superb. The restaurant is bright and comfortable and couldn't be better located for wonderful views over the golf courses next door. The service was excellent, attentive and very friendly. We'll worth a visit and we'll definitely be back.

We had a fabulous stay, travelled from Singapore to check out the golf courses. Warmly welcomed by the staff, food was great and rooms. Would highly recommend this to all our friends and family and definitely be back and would definitely be back! The sense of community and comfort the stay provided made the whole experience luxurious and five star

What a dreamy experience! We stayed here for a golf trip and to attend the Scottish Open and everything from check-in to end was flawless. The rooms were sparkling clean, the beds comfy, the staff impeccable and the breakfast was out of this world. We loved the perfect location so we could park and walk into town and the pub here has a great variety of spirits at a really good price. Well done, can’t wait to return!

Dog friendly hotel and bar. We stopped in for a couple of drinks after a walk at the beach. Reasonably priced, serve food and nice selection of drinks. Plenty of space for dogs and staff were lovely with him.

Brilliant lunch at the Watchman. Staff were so friendly and the interior is great. Lovely menu and the food was delicious. Definitely worth a visit!
