After hearing so many bad news stories about agency staff not looking after their clients with respect, or just not really seeming to care about their clients, we spent a very long time speaking to different agencies about caring for our Mum. The manager at Right at Home had all the time in the world to speak with me on the phone about Mum's needs, and was exceptionally sympathetic and kind with his support and suggestions, even suggesting alternatives that might save us money.The staff who came each week spent a whole day with Mum. They came on time, and Mum really liked them! They seemed so caring and kind, and we had the opportunity to introduce them to Mum before their visits so that they wouldn't be strangers to her, and this also ensured that they knew exactly what Mum's needs were.Right at Home use an app to record all their visits, and we were able to access this to see how the visits had gone. I could also see in advance who was coming to Mum each week, so that she knew who would be turning up.Then when the time came to move mum into a care home, the agency were once again receptive and helpful.I can't recommend this agency highly enough - the staff are all lovely, the management/admin team are responsive and helpful. Everything was handled very professionally, but with a personal touch. Thank you so much!

My elderly mother had an operation at short notice, and we required home care assistance at short notice for when she came out of hospital, especially as her family live some distance away.I contacted Right at Home and they were very helpful and arranged the visits at short notice. From the start my mother found the staff to be very caring and attentive, and prepared to help with any tasks around the house that she needed doing, including preparation of her meals, cleaning, shopping, doing clothes washing and washing up. They were very respectful of my mother and her house, and she valued the company and conversations during the hour long visits as well.The help that my mother received has without doubt speeded up her recovery and the family have been most grateful for all the help that the Company provided. I would not hesitate to recommend Right at Home for any level of home care that is needed.

I have been lucky enough to be working for Right at Home for 4 months now. I thoroughly enjoy my job, the staff are all very helpful, the clients I visit are all wonderful people. I would recommend to anyone thinking about becoming a caregiver for this company.

Honestly couldn't recommend right at home enough. I've never encountered such a supportive team in any work place. Right at home is a perfect example of person centred care. An absolute fantastic workplace with A* care for every individual.

I've been working for Right at Home now for 3 years. Last year I was lucky enough to be promoted to a senior caregiver. I've worked for a number of companies, and this is by far the best. For the over a year I've worked closely with the team and some clients from Right at Home and I've been amazed at the fantastic service they provide.The stories their clients have told me have been wonderful and they certainly enjoy the time they spend with the Caregivers.Anton and the office staff work hard to ensure everyone is cared for, especially through the pandemic, ensuring they've had the best PPE available for their staff and have supported their clients fully through this difficult time.Excellent job from the whole team at Right at Home. Right at Home gave my father a year of independence in his own home before he moved into residential care. They took on his care within a week of talking to them, they became a welcome part of my fathers life and for his family they were great communicators and advisors in his health and well being.It was an invaluable year because it gave my father time to think about his next steps.
