Waves Hand Car Wash Gloucester Quedgeley

My car looks brand new as usual! I’ve been using this car wash since it reopened in May and I’m more than happy with the service EVERY time. The staff are polite and friendly and they always do a great job of cleaning my car inside and out. I won’t go anywhere else!

Brilliant service! Got there with a really dirty car after a long weekend travelling with a giant dog in the back. The guys quickly assesed the damage and offered me a really fair quote! All good, the car was never so clean!

I had my car washed inside and out on Sunday 4th Sep. They have absolutely ruined my boot. They must have poured a bucket of water in it, it was left soaking wet. It is still not dry and it’s Tuesday night and it now smells vile. Do not use this hand car wash.

Absolutely thrilled with the magic they have performed on my car - it's like new! Very clear about prices and what they can do. I recommend having the Full Monty - completely worth it! It didn't take too long - very convenient having a cafe on site. I'll be coming here again.

Guy was polite but I paid £38 for a gold servive plus upholstery clean and wont bother again. Didnt do a thorough job of outside - still cobwebs around the mirrors. Usually after I get the inside cleaned at waves it smells fresh. After I left my car for an hour it smelt very musty and damp. Its a newish car and nothing has ever been spilled. Still smells 2 days later. The only thing I can think is that they re-used a cleaning solution on the seats. Also did not vaccum between front seats, even I can reach that with my domestic hoover.

Very disappointed with my first experience here. Was greeted well by friendly staff and discussed options and prices. Decided to go for the £26 clean. Was then asked if there's pet hair to which i replied no as I've never had a pet in the car, only to be told there will be a £3 pet hair charge as there's some in the car. My very simple maths takes that to £29 yet he said let's just call it £30". Thats the first company thats ever rounded prices up on me.On my return to collect the car I was greeted with 2 staff arguing as one (who was the gentleman i spoke with earlier) was saying how he had cleaned 5 cars (one of which i heard him say was mine) in the time the other had done 2.The standard of clean was disappointing. Looks like everything was quickly wiped rather than cleaned. Marks on the windscreen

First time using this company. Well what can I say 5.stars all round. You might think it's pricey but I think the staff did a brilliant job inside and out car. My car looked like it was when I first bought it. I will be back again and i shall be recommending to friends and family

My car was in a terrible state, having not been cleaned and hoovered in 2 years, and was full of dog hair from my hearing dog, but the lads were really lovely, they worked really hard and I was amazed at their work - the car was totally transformed. They deserve lots of praise for doing such a wonderful job, they even took the time to say hello to my dog and make me feel welcomed. I can not recommend them highly enough - if you want your car cleaned to a professional standard this is the place to have it done.
