Adam is extremely professional, welcoming and provides the highest quality service. He and Rachel make sure that you feel in safe hands from the second you walk in. As someone who regularly faints around needles, I have been coming to Silkwood Treatment room for around 3 years now and would never be tempted to try elsewhere. The premises are clean, everything is very well organised and I cannot thank both Adam and Rachel enough for giving me the lips that I've always wanted.

Clean and comfortable, some work in progress re entrance. Treatment Room is above the sport and supplement shop so a little difficult to find initially. Plenty of parking.

Found silkwood treatment rooms a few years ago. wouldn't go anywhere eles now. Always so welcoming, and professional. Dr shepard is excellent, and Rachel... well shes a little star, nothing is too much trouble.

Dr Sheppard and Rachel are experts and true professionals at what they do. From the outset i have felt at ease and completely reassured about having any aesthetic treatments. You only have to look at Rachel to see how skilled Dr Sheppard is, and why so many put their trust him to achieve amazing results. I can’t thank them enough and wouldn’t go anywhere else !

I started going here to receive a treatment for hair loss , it’s not a subject many women wish to talk about but I was immediately put at ease by RachelI honestly can’t stress how much this treatment has worked and the confidence it has given me .I cannot thank Rachel enough for what she has done for me personally and I highly recommend this treatment to anyone who is suffering with hair loss
