I didn't know what to expect at my first session and was slightly nervous, having had no experience with Reiki before. Kerry was very welcoming and instantly put me at ease with her professional, caring approach and warm personality. She took the time to explain what she was going to do and described what would happen throughout the session. I felt completely comfortable and relaxed, and was left feeling very calm, peaceful, and balanced afterwards. Kerry also gave me accurate feedback about the experience and picked on issues I was already aware of which I found fascinating! Kerry gives total value for money. Her intuition, skill and warm personal approach all combine to deliver effective, relaxing and restorative reiki. I went to her with shoulder/lower back pain due to excessive muscular tension. Within an hour she had released the discomfort in my shoulder and helped relieve the tightness and tension in my lower back- amazing! I would have never believed someone if they had told me that this had been the outcome of their reiki session, but I now have lived experience of the effectiveness of her gift.
