I visited the Gosport branch last week, I can’t comment what the man’s name is as he didn’t introduce himself, but he was extremely bad with customer service and communication and barely spoke or acknowledged me.I was offered £6700 online, but when I entered that it only had part service history and 2 owners it went down to £6100 which I was happy with.At the appointment he seemed slightly annoyed as I wasn’t planning to sell that day, I said it would be in the next day or 2 as the website shows a guaranteed 4 day price, he told me this isn’t true and it was a ‘now only price’.He was sat playing on his tablet when I had to ask how much I was being quoted and had to prompt him to tell me, he told me £5300.I asked why the £800 drop he said because my car didn’t have 6months+ MOT, which was a LIE. I got the MOT history up on the Gov website and it has 9 months left. He was stumbling over his words trying to think of another reason and proceeded to tell me because it only has part service history - which I had also already declared online prior to the visit.I just laughed and left, he came out to the car telling me I can come back the same day and sell it.Honestly the customer service was awful and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to the Gosport branch and maybe somewhere different would be better.I ended up part exchanging my car for a lot more than I was quoted.

Really bad customer service.The guy looking at my car seemed to get great pleasure pushing buttons on his little tablet to mark all the faults he could find. He was smirking and laughing to himself everytime he marked anything down.I was very honest on the online valuation reporting any faults the car had.When the guy marked the exact same faults that I had he manged to knock another £1000 off the original valuation.When I questioned this he said the online valuation is not really very good and is never right.I was selling a 5 series bmw Which does not come with a spare wheel as the car has runflats on.Yet he still questioned me 3 times saying the spare wheel is missing.I explained that the car was never meant to have one and he just didn't belive me.I asked if he knew anything about bmws and he said yes I do (clearly not).Would never bother with this company again.Absolutely shocking service.

They gave us price of 12,600 online and we listed all scratches and other useless. When we turn up, they lowered price for 1,600 with no reasons listed. They done the same to me 3 tears ago. Clearly not worth it to do business with them dye to lack of integrity

out of all the online dealers I tried webuyanycar was probably the lowest in there estimate but definitely the highest in their offer plus so much easier than motorway and the others the guy I dealt with in gosport made it a simple exchange
