I bought a van from Cannock commercials, and the van doesn’t have a cabin air filter installed. My lungs have been hurting the past week, and I finally realised it was only when I drive the van, so I checked under the bonnet, and did some googling and realised they had sold me the van with absolutely no cabin filter. The oil level is also too high, and the oil warning light keeps coming on several times a day to tell me this. I checked it on the dipstick, and it’s definitely too high. I thought I’d also look at the engine air filter, and I found a huge pile of moss and leaves. I’ve only done 1000 miles since I bought the van from them, so I haven’t accumulated this myself . I’m sad to have to write this review as they were nice people, and gave me a good deal on the van, but they really need to pay attention to the condition and servicing of the vans they sell, as this is totally unacceptable! A quick visual inspection by anyone who knows sprinters (I didn’t at the time) and they immediately would have seen the lack of cabin filter.

Great team, friendly and very helpful. I traveled 183 miles to view and purchase a van and they kept me up to date via email throughout and picked me up from the train station on day of collection a week later. Great service

Enquired about a price for a van and the reply was very rude and the guy insulted me. Absolutely disgusting service and I would not recommend anyone who doesn't want to be spoken to in a disrespectful manner
