Have worked with Sharon in both individual and group sessions. She is very down to earth and makes you feel instantly comfortable. The sessions allow you to see within yourself like never before, and you understand more about what is going on inside. She helps you to look at things in a different way which allows you to view them differently going forward. I would definitely recommend.

Always willing to give alternative treatments a go, I have been considering Kambo for probably a couple of years now.For various reasons the time was right on Sundays ceremony hosted by Sharon.To be honest, I wouldn’t have trusted anyone else - she has known of my wish to do it but hasn’t pushed or made an issue and has been happy to talk it through on various occasions.Prior to the administering of the Kambo medicine Sharon (as she always does) talks you through every part of the process and takes questions as it’s way more important to her that everyone knows what’s ahead and that we are safe.The after effects have been a bit mind blowing, clarity of mind, lack of pain and fluidity in my Rheumatoid arthritic joints, my blood pressure has gone down (there is also an overall improvement of mood that I can’t really describe adequately)Give it a go - there is a very very short period of feeling a bit groggy for massive benefits and I’ll be partaking again soon to see where it takes me next time!

Sharon made me feel totally at ease when I first met her , she advised of all benefits of treatments & put my mind at rest to my session!Sharon also uses so much of her free time to create free sessions outwith her work in the clinic , this has enabled so many woman to come together & heal with cold water therapy & breathing exercises along with meditation, so many ppl who cannot afford private sessions have had great benefits frm this , beautiful soul inside & out , thank you Sharon..

I was recommended Sharon by a friend for hypnotherapy . I had some sessions with Sharon which helped me get back on track. She’s very passionate, professional and I loved her down to earth friendly approach.She has a real passion to genuinely help you feel strong. I’ve done a few of her day courses which has been so nice to meet like minded woman. I love the way she helps woman meet up and be together whether that’s at a class or a cold water dip. Sharon is a rare find. Someone who genuinely wants to help others whether it's through her hypnotherapy business or her water therapy. She is also willing to offer her guidance and alot of her time for free which in these economic times is a rarity indeed. Whenever I've joined Sharon for some wild water therapy I've always come away in a happier clearer and less anxious state.

I came to meet Sharon through the warrior women page on Facebook. In times of extreme negativity on social media, it really lifted my spirits to see someone obviously so passionate about helping fellow humans❤I then booked some sessions with her and she helped me some deep routed trauma. I found her to be gentle, understanding and it felt natural to be able to open up to her. She provided an incredibly safe space and helped me work through things. I have tried other therapists and treatments in the past, but this was one of the best. I can honestly say that meeting Sharon has made such a massive difference to my healing journey.
