Raced my 8 year old up the stairs a few weeks ago and I beat him by a mile.He cried a bit and I told him to man up.

Warriston's Close Stairs
A popular photo spot and great views down over Edinburgh and close to Waverly station. The climb is quite steep although there is quite a few flat spaces for a rest and these stairs are quite wide so even when busy does allow a bit of room to move. Beware there may be lots of people stopped for taking pictures however so progress may be slower than expected.

Bin oft hier rauf gelaufen, dachte am anfang ich sterbe weil ich es mir nicht gwohnt bin, mittlerweile laufe ich sie ohne Probleme hinauf. Hab an dieser Treppe schöne Fotos machen können. Ist echt eine tolle Sehenswürdigkeiten
