awful experience every. single. time. shelves barely stocked (any time of the day, any day), no staff available at the tills. the lady with the nose ring said she didn't speak English when I asked her to help me use the Evri scanner? and then went on to chat - in English - with another colleague. the young white guy (ben) cursed loudly and openly at someone who wanted to drop off a parcel, manager heard and did nothing, just laughed. I went to buy some oat milk tonight and when I asked Ben where I could find it as it wasn't on the same spot, he told me to look better next time" as it was on the opposite shelf - so rude

An absolute mess! It's such a high stress experience, we won't shop there. 1. There is ALWAYS a long queue, going nowhere & seemingly nobody or one person on the tills. 2. Only 2 self-checkouts, usually broken. 3. I've found items mis-priced more times than I can remember, so you think you're in budget, but when you've queued for 20 minutes you find the items cost a lot more. Then nobody knows how to deal with it & you wait around even more. 4. Trolleys blocking aisles. 5. Sandwhiches & meat products left out on trolleys / unrefrigerated at end of day. Oh my! Avoid, like we do - there's a Lidl over the road much cheaper & more efficient.Tesco, if you're reading this - you need to get new management for this branch! It's like the worst slash-and-carry but expensive, & bad for your brand.

Small tesco express opesite Lidl in Burdett Road, beside the canal, small sotroe very helpful for the local community for quick shoping as they open 7 days and 7 am to 11 pmSometimes people park in Lidl and go to shoping in Tesco.

Prices are a little steep, but I guess it's the same for all Tesco stores. The team are a friendly bunch, and a few of them start to get to know regulars by name, which is a nice , added personal touch.Products are not always available and empty shelves can be witnessed from time to time. Queues can be long during peak times as city workers tend to jump off the DLR and queue up for the frozen evening meals!! Those are the times to avoid!!

The staff in this place are just not even trying. I must of had the security guard look me up and down about 6 times whilst shopping. Would be nice to shop in peace without having some security guard eyeballing me the whole time.Get to the checkout and my club card won't load because signal inside is terrible. Ask the woman on the counter what's on the club card offers (the prices without clubcard are absolute daylight robbery) and she couldn't tell me. She then proceed to start serving on another till leaving me to try and read her screen from the otherside of the counter to check prices.I don't know what tesco is doing but between the extortionate prices, requirement to use the club card to get any offers and the incredibly unprofessional staff, this store is very very poorly ran.I've never in a million years had a security guard follow me around and look me up down like that!!!! I don't work all week to be judged as a theif on entry of your shop without any reason at all.I earn my money I don't steal things.I honestly think this is the worst security I've ever seen. A small breeze would knock this guy over so his excessive judgement is completely pointless and unnecessary.Train your staff to be polite and professional or find new ones!!

Collegue named Sharon was rude and had attitude problems laughing under her breath after speaking. She was judgemental! All other staff are nice. Wouldn’t want to be served by her again!

Nice but it's quite small so if you need a pretty specific product then you should go to a larger Tesco. This Tesco is sufficient and it's quite cute.

The woman at the till was very rude and her customer service was really bad. She said her name was Tintu, not sure if thats her real name. She did not let me use my club card number and kept denying me from accessing and using it. First time experience after being a constant tesco customer. Store, please look into it. I've never been said this before at any other tesco store.
