Awful experience, called in the night to fix a problem, and changed my mind so tried to call to cancel about 15 times and it only went to an automated voice message saying 'We'll call you back'. They still showed up but I had fallen asleep, the next morning they ring, and I say come over but my landlord then says he can fix it which would mean I wouldn't have to pay anything. Tried to cancel AGAIN but couldn't, so then they charged me £90 for a cancellation fee which they don't mention ANYWHERE on their website or on the phone, when I did everything I could do to try and cancel it.Felt very pressured to give them the money by the woman on the phone and because there was a man on my doorstep expecting the money. And now feel like I've been scammedOnly put a star cause you have to to post
