Tastiest burger I've had in ages, succulent burger loaded with fresh crisp salad and a choice of different sauces.Not long opened so everything is fresh clean and new.Helpful friendly staff.Update.. Increasing in popularity. More busy than past visits. They managed to get our order wrong today. I can only assume the staff are struggling to keep up with the demand.

Bought mocktails and they were not as advertised. Had only a sip, gave them drink back and asked for a refund. Picture doesn't emphasis how much froth was in cup, a disgusting drink, unconsumable, do not buy. They refused us a refund saying they don't do refunds and that was after speaking to owner on phone. Customer service diabolical. Place might look nice but that is all it has to offer.

The place is new and looks nice but it took around 40 minutes to get our takeaway. Other people ordered after us and got their food before us. A guy apologized at the end and gave us 2 drinks. He was nice.But then we went home and we realised that the order was wrong. We ordered 2 different hamburger and we received two of the classic one, we also ordered spicy wings and they gave us the normal ones. the taste of the food was ok overall.

ordered delivery here a few times, first time food was cold and the wrap was soggy. Second time it came in 10 minutes, The signature fries were decoisous and so was the wrap. I say it was just a bad day when I got it cold. It was delicious but I would say tje food are a bit pricey

I ordered from here last night on Uber eats and quite frankly I was very disappointed. My chicken burger despite being a so called ‘favourite’ on the menu was stone cold. The salad on it was like eating a lily pad from a pond it was wet and didn’t taste fresh at all. I also ordered the strips where it says you get 4 but only 3 came. Very displeased overall will not be ordering from here again.Nathan

Disappointing Experience - Unfortunate Mix-ups and Early ClosureOur recent visit here was quite disappointing, leaving us disheartened by a series of unfortunate incidents. We had hoped for an enjoyable dine-in experience but were abruptly forced to leave, followed by order mix-ups that further dampened our evening.Initially, we were excited to try out Burger and Sauce and placed our order with the intention to enjoy our meals in the restaurant. We successfully made the payment, but to our surprise, we were asked to leave as the staff was preparing to close. It was disheartening as we had explicitly mentioned our preference to dine in. Had we been informed beforehand about the early closure, we would have reconsidered placing the order.After receiving our food, we discovered that both burgers had errors in them. One of the burgers, which was supposed to be served without tomatoes, still had them included. On the other hand, the second burger, for which we had specifically requested nachos, arrived without any nachos at all. It was disheartening to see our orders inaccurately prepared, especially after having communicated our preferences clearly.Given the disappointing dining experience and the mix-ups in our orders, we regretfully cannot recommend Burger & Sauce We understand that mishaps can happen, but the combination of being forced to leave due to early closure and the errors in our food left us feeling unsatisfied and unappreciated as customers.Instead, we encourage everyone reading this review to explore other dining options, such as Pepe's, conveniently located across the road. Our hope is that this feedback reaches Burger & Sauce and that they use it as an opportunity to improve their service and ensure that future customers do not encounter similar issues.As for us, we will be seeking other establishments for our dining experiences moving forward, where we can enjoy a more seamless and satisfying time.

We ordered a few chicken burgers, chicken and chips, and special wings.Food was average taste, wings didn't taste well... full of oil...dripping constantly. Parking available on side streets and at Aldi's car park... free for two hours.

Been here a couple of times and ordered take out too. The food is normally good, in the restaurant it’s fresh of course but when ordering it for takeout, the food comes cold. My wife ordered a wrap in store and that came out cold. Management were nice enough to change to it a burger meal instead. I’d say stick to the burgers.

Very nice looking shop, sauce is delicious, food is always nicely prepped and tastes amazing, staff were attentive too. Never had a problem.Spicy wrap and signature fries are amazingVery convenient parking in Aldi carpark across the road.

Never ever experienced that kinda taste in Birmingham, especially the beef burger & their fries are highly recommended, gonna makes your day. Exciting food with high quality presentation. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations. Can’t wait to come back to fav spot!
