Really pleased with my log burner !.....Great customer service from Mandy at the store, and the installation guys were on the ball, very informative with care and use details and clean, tidy workmanship...... well recommended.Just looking forward to the winter now ! :)

Excellent service and the fitters standard of work was very impressive. Whilst a little on the expensive side, the quality of the product and the expertise of the engineer fitter was first class. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is contemplating buying or having a stove fitted.

Absolutely first class service from this place... helped me to get a great deal on a stove which I assured them was the correct specs for my house... turned out to be entirely the wrong stove which was 100% my fault, but Mandy and Lawrence still couldn’t do enough to help me get it replaced. This is why we should all buy local!! Thanks very much!
