PBL Care provide care for my father and they carry out an excellent job. The carers and management team are very professional. They are always on time and very friendly. They make an action plan to improve my dads health needs.

PBL Care provide outstanding care to my mum.They take the initiative of taking my mum out on day trips which they fully fund from their own pocket.There is no other care company in the Midlands which carries out such outstanding work.Well done and thank you for really looking after my mum.
