Outstanding service from Mellis Eyecare - our son has autism and learning difficulties so it is not easy to test his eyes. We had noticed that he was frequently wearing his glasses (that had been prescribed by another firm in Redcar) on his forehead so thought something might be wrong. Iain Mellis took great care in thoroughly testing our son's eyes and found that his previous prescription was too strong. When fitting the new glasses, Iain tested our son's eyes again and confirmed he now had 20/20 vision with the reduced strength prescription. It was also impressive how everyone in Mellis Eyecare made our son feel welcome right from the moment we walked in the door and made sure the experience wasn’t stressful for him.

Absolutely fantastic service provided. After visiting this business I wouldn't dream of using a 'faceless' national again. These guys really care and go the extra mile in customer service.
