What a wonderful place. My car flashed up with low oil when I was far from home so went to the nearest garage. The lovely Mark was ever so kind and made time to check my car and fill it with the oil it needed. He told me a a few things to look out for which was most useful knowing not too much about cars myself. Will definitely be recommending this place! Thank you again Mark.

I’ve always used Gem UK although I don’t live in the area. My husband I would rather our vehicles be in safe hands and dealt with efficiently. Service is always professional, friendly and prompt. The mechanics have a comprehensive knowledge of all makes of vehicles. I would thoroughly recommend them without hesitation.

Outstanding service! The guys at Gem have been very helpful over the years, they booked my partner car in very efficiently and at a reasonable price did a great job on fixing her door and tail light. They even took the time out to assist with a puncture at our home address.

The best local garage by far! I cannot recommend Gem Garage highly enough - Suria and his team are always friendly, efficient, polite.... and, on top of this, excellent value! I have been using Gem for eight years since moving to Ferring in 2013 and have never experienced anything less than first class service. Suria in particular always goes above and beyond to ensure that his customers are well treated - It may sound like a cliche, but you genuinely do get service with a smile from Suria. I would not use any other garage now and feel lucky to have such an excellent garage in Ferring.

No surprise Gem is so highly rated!We cannot fault this local family run business who were so helpful when our hire care had a puncture and the tyre needed to be replaced the same day.Mark could not have been more helpful, liaising with the hire company, ordering the tyre and arranging to get the job done the very same day even though they were extremely busy.Thank you, Chris and Sarah, Perth, Australia.

I first came across Suira and Gem Motors about two years ago. In the few times that I have had to use their services, Suira and his team have been very professional and offer great customer care and support. They have fixed minor issues, like my wing mirror coming off and replacing wipers to general MOT. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for your car to be in safe honest hands.
