David was spot on when I called in Saturday with no appointment. Picked my new car up from the garage and noticed a chip repair that was failing.David happily sorted it within 20 minutes and nothing was too much trouble.Highly recommended

I brought my wife's car here to have the windscreen repaired and there was a mess up with the times. The guy at reception was really helpful and managed to get my car done first. I forgot to get his name but he was fantastic at getting it sorted for me and went above and beyond.

Called the evening before fitting to say that they don't have the screen, now need to wait another week to have it fitted. Avoid this company and Aviva Zero Car Insurance who use this supplier.

I went with National Windscreens in Middlesbrough after I had been badly let down by another well known windscreen company. My windscreen was replaced with no fuss in just a few hours and I am very happy with the job. Will go here first time if I ever need any windscreen work again.

Just want to say that big thank you to the staff here. I called in on the spur of the moment, to seek advice on how I get rid of what appeared to be some form of residue on my windscreen, which I could not get off myself.I had tried all sorts of ways but nothing worked for me.
