Love the tea from here but was very dissatisfied with service today. My sister dropped a tester in the shop and was asked to clean up. I think it is bizzare for a customer to be asked to clean up by staff, especially in the rude manner that she was asked. With the staff saying “so are you going to clean that up or not then?”, very disappointed especially as he just stood and watched afterwards.

Absolutely outstanding service. I have absolutely no idea about coffee, as I was looking for a gift for my boyfriend, and the lovely staff helped me pick something out based on my very very bare knowledge, and gave me samples for next time. And their taste guarantee is very helpful.

The staff are very helpful and the products are fantastic as they always are. 10/10 would recommend this store. To the employee with the ponytail and round glasses and the one with blond hair and a tiny tattoo on the chest, if you are reading this, you both look like you are characters out of a beautiful book ✨ I hope you both have a lovely day!

Got my phone stolen in store. LOVELY and helpful staff, however, extremely poor security precautions. The shop is always packed with people, which is understandable. But there is NO CCTV camera inside the shop!!! A suspicious short old guy intentionally squeezed in and out, though I tried to shun away from him. Then I realised later my phone was gone.Yes, this was my negligence. But just think about it, there's no surveillance in the shop, what if someone puts POISON in the products? What if there's any robbery happening inside the store? NO ONE WILL KNOW! NO ONE! This is putting the staff's lives in danger as well! No one will know if their breakfast tea has gotten contaminated!The staff were really heart-warming and they tried what they could to help. This is not their fault. The shop itself is lovely. But please be aware of the personal belongings!!!

Best tea in the land, honestly my friends love this place i do as well, the tea is absolutely amazing, fresh taste with a choice of 'loose' and 'bagged' so if you don't have a kettle for loose tea this place has you covered. Go here if you like tea, coffee or maybe even a cheeky hot chocolate??
