Matthew Blackmore’s company were excellent in helping with a blocked toilet. Even though they had a busy diary, they arranged for an emergency Plumber to visit at 8.00 the next morning. Jenny was professional, friendly and knowledgeable and I cannot praise her and the company highly enough. In addition to clearing the blockage, she replaced the original poorly positioned soil pipes hiding behind the vanity unit, which I could clearly see would have no doubt blocked again at some point if she had not carried out these repairs. Huge thanks for helping deal with a distressing emergency problem.

We have used Matt and the team for 2 kitchens and bathrooms and would not use anyone else. The went above and beyond to help. On one occasion SW water was due to attend and required a hole to be dug for access. At very short notice Matt got this work done and arranged for one of the team to oversee the SW water operations in case there was a problem. I would recommend this company to anyone and know that there would be no disappointment. The team are skilled, knowledgeable and professional. They also answer the phones and return calls promptly.
