Professional and friendly. I was new to the Party Wall process and PWS initially explained the steps clearly. They were very prompt in sending out the notice and arranging the Schedule of Condition with my neighbour's appointed surveyor. They were also proactive in prompting the other surveyor for a reply to get an Award agreed as soon as possible. Highly recommended.

We used Vicky and Phil at PWS to undertake two party wall agreements for a loft conversion and a kitchen side return extension.Understanding the timing issues we had, we were impressed with the speed at which they got the processes started and completed for one neighbour, and kept the process moving to completion for the other neighbour.We found PWS surveyors to be thoroughly professional, knowledgeable and pragmatic in how they dealt with our needs.Even after the build was complete, Vicky at PWS has been extremely helpful with follow up questions we have had.

Emma and Phillip were excellent through our quite complicated case. We own a leasehold flat and engaged them to carry out the party wall agreements and an enclosure agreement with our neighbours. We had no experience with this and they helped us through it in a friendly and patient way. They were always very helpful, responsive and fair with their pricing. Highly recommend.

I instructed PWS surveyors to conduct a shared drive access to rear gardens boundary report. Philip was extremely professional and very friendly. The boundary report was sent to me in the time frame he specified and I found the report to be very detailed, accurate and thorough throughout. Would highly recommend PWS for their services and expertise. Great company in dealing with these type of disputes with neighbours on boundary lines.

Phillip was extremely thorough and methodic in his record of the conditions of all the flats visited. He was also very polite and discreet with the people living in the flats. He agreed to visit one extra flat at the last minute and in general was very accommodating with the day and time to come. I highly recommend him.
